Based on feedback from our customers, LexisNexis released enhancements to Publisher on Wed 14 May. These changes improve the experience of your organisations Publisher Editors.

Queue for Update
As an editor you can now set searches to run at the next available alert run time, on the occasion that a topic update time may be affected by late loading content. This means that you will no longer have to unschedule searches and then run them manually. The “Queue for Update” option will be added to the “Actions” drop-down box next to topics on the “Topics” home page.

Newsletter Emails will now accept the Publisher Security Token
If you’re an editor who uses the security token for your email notification you can have the same functionality for the Newsletters that you create and email out. It allows you to access a document from your email even if you are outside the company firewall.
