Sentencing Law NSW

Sentencing Law NSW is a comprehensive commentary work which examines the principles, practice and procedure applicable to the sentencing process. The work focuses on the sentencing law applicable in NSW courts as well as that applicable to Commonwealth offences, and examines the range of sentences for specific offences. The thematic approach works especially well for practitioners who do not know the area well. Sentencing Law NSW is mostly a commentary work with the Crimes (Sentencing Procedure) Act 1999 (NSW) and extracts from the Crimes Act 1914 (Cth) included at the end.
