Paul Nichols (Paul Whichelo Nichols) was educated at Guildford Grammar School and St George’s College, University of Western Australia. He was commissioned in the RAAF in 1964.
He was admitted to the Bar of Western Australia (also NSW, SA and the HC), was Warden of Convocation, then Senator of the University of Western Australia.
Paul served on the Bar Association, Barrister’s Bd of Western Australia and Building Disputes Tribunal Deputy Chairman. He retired from the RAAF in 1997.

Various honours, including the Centenary Medal, RFD and Knight Grand Cross of St John.
Speaking Engagements
Over the last 45 years Paul has appeared 35 times in the High Court and in other courts in proportion. His practice has mostly been in Western Australia but also extended to 3 jurisdictions.
